5. The form the students need to fill is online at www.pmi.org. This is the same form as for the R.E.P. course. Just paste in the course description, check off which parts of the PMBOK were taught, and paste in the instructor resume. 6. Category = 4 (PMI Registered Education Provider). Question: How many PDU’s can I get? Answer: Advanced Strategies Courses qualify for 7 PDU’s per full day of instruction. Question: What if I need help filling out the PMI form? Summary: Types of PMI Certifications: PMI Certification Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Demonstrates project management knowledge to participate better as a project team member. The Project Management Professional (PMP) Demonstrates training and experience in managing projects. Eligibility Requirements  1500 hours work on a project team,  -OR- 23 hours of project management education Certification Steps Include     Study PMBOK Guide Courses are recommended Application, reviewed by PMI staff 3-hour CAPM Exam Continuing Education Requirements  Certification is only good for 5 years.  Must Reapply & and Reexam to continue, or apply for PMP.
