							                    Request to Remove or Add a Bank Account Signatory

Before removing or adding anyone as a signatory (signer) to your Seed Project account you must have
approval from Lucy Greene. You can use the same form to request permission to remove one signatory
and to add a new signatory, or to change more than one signatory if desired.

Email the following information to Lucy at Banking@SeedsProjectNonProfits.com. Lucy or someone on
our staff will reply to your request as soon as possible.

NOTE: A maximum of three signatories is allowed on any Seed Project account. We recommend not
more than two signatories on your account.
