Business Law in China
Trade, Investment, Operations and Finance
The book is intended to be used by practitioners, academics and business people. Its treatment of Chinese business law is unique for the breadth of its scope, for the diversity of the national origins and professional viewpoints of its authors, for the organisation of the material to reflect the stages of business development in China, and for the use of economic data to explain and illustrate legal norms. Whereas the rapid development of Chinese law quickly renders printed works out-of-date, this book’s electronic format permits frequent updates. Because of the book’s electronic format, bouquets of chapters organized by themes can be purchased for reduced prices: N N N N N
