Please join us as we welcome Jan Krupp, owner of Krupp Brothers Vineyards for an elegant
evening of food and wine. Jan will share stories from his award winning winery as we enjoy
         the following menu crafted specifically to pair with their incredible wines.

                                     Smoked salmon blinis
                        Seared bay scallops in champagne vinaigrette
                         Paired with Mumm Brut Napa Sparkling Wine
                                           1st Course
Grilled snapper with toasted honey gastrique accompanied by a peach and goat cheese
                                             quinoa
               Paired with 2007 Blackbart ‘The Bride’ White Blend, Napa Valley
                                           2nd Course
Pork tenderloin wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon accompanied by creamy polenta
                           and finished with a bing cherry reduction
            Paired with 2007 Krupp Brothers ‘The Doctor’ Red Blend, Napa Valley
                                           3rd Course
 Roasted lamb served with toasted barley infused with St.André cheese and a cranberry
                                           compote
           Paired with 2006 Krupp Brothers ‘The Advocate’ Red Blend, Napa Valley
                                           4th Course
Charred Delmonico Ribeye with baby mache and fingerling potato chip salad and finished
                                       with beurre rouge
          Paired with 2006 Veraison ‘Stagecoach Vineyard’ Cabernet, Napa Valley
                                           5th Course
                 Poached baby pears served with Belgian chocolate truffle
                      Paired with 2007 Blackbart Syrah Port, Napa Valley
