                        MOTION AND ORDER FOR SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM

         NOW INTO COURT comes the State of Louisiana through J. Schuyler Marvin

District Attorney, 26th Judicial District, and the undersigned Assistant District Attorney,

in accordance with LSA-C.CR.P. Art. 66, and on suggesting to the Court that mover

desires to summon Custodian of Records, MSN Hotmail, Custodian of Records, 1065 La Avenida,

Mt. View, CA 94043 to produce the following information:

any and all subscriber records regarding the identification of jo03441@yahoo.com to include
real name, screen names, status of account, login log, ip address log, detailed billing logs, date account
opened and closed, method of payment and detailed billing records.

         Mover respectfully suggest to the Court that such records are necessary to an

active investigation being conducted by the District Attorney of the 26th Judicial District

and the Bossier City Police Department.

         IT IS ORDERED that Custodian of Records, MSN Hotmail, Custodian of Records, 1065 La

Avenida, Mt. View, CA 94043, release to a representative from the District Attorney’s Office of

Bossier Parish, Instanter, the records described above.
