                Distribution Network in Shanghai

     Expands Sportswear Retail Market in Greater China Region

(25 April 2007) – Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (“Win Hanverky” or the “Group”; HKEx: 3322)
announced that it has acquired from Shanghai Hui Te Li Industrial Co. Ltd. (“Shanghai Hui Te Li”)
the operational assets of 78 UMBRO points-of-sale, and the distribution and retail operation rights
and all interests therein of 31 UMBRO distribution points in Shanghai and its vicinity. Conducted
through a 75%-owned subsidiary of the Group, the acquisition at a total consideration of
approximately RMB26 million will be funded by the Group’s internal resources.

Shanghai Hui Te Li sells and distributes UMBRO products in Shanghai and its neighboring areas
and also Hangzhou and Nanjing. The retail network the Group is acquiring covers Shanghai
and its neighboring areas and entails 78 self-operated points-of-sale and 31 distribution points
operated by its distributors. It generated approximately RMB100 million in turnover and
unaudited profit before taxation of approximately RMB6 million in 2006.

Commenting on the merits of the acquisition, Mr. Roy Li, Chairman of Win Hanverky, said, “The
acquisition is another major step forward made by the Group after it increased stake in its retail
platform Win Sports Group to 75%. This move will enable us to keep our finger on the pulse of
the sportswear retail and distribution market in Mainland China and more effectively manage our
operations there. Looking ahead, we will continue to expand our sportswear distribution network,
fortify our market position and strive to sustain the growth momentum of our business in China.”

The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of 2007, after which the Group will have a
total of approximately 110 self-operated sportswear points-of-sale and approximately 930
UMBRO retail outlets in the Greater China region.
