Installation of Fruit Solar-Drying Equipment (SDAF 0019)
Project Description: The SDAF provided solar-drying equipment for fruit (peach and plum) producers in order to increase family incomes through value-added processing. Solar-drying tents were installed in each of six communities. Producer committees have been established to manage the use of these facilities and the municipal government provided training in the handling of tents and dried fruit.
