Instructions: How to create a Ticket
1. Enter or click the following link.

2. Login
Enter Groupname : SPESD
Username: Enter your username when you registered, if you have not registered please
register so that you may be able to create a service request.
Password: Enter the password you created
3. Click “New” to create a new ticket
4. Enter the Ticket Information
Subject: Enter Subject
Category: Select Appropriate Concern.
Importance: Please select Importance; please be courteous in selecting the
importance.
Description: Please enter School, and Room Number so that we can
accommodate your request, while also putting a description of the
issue
Then Click Submit.
5. Your ticket is added, and you should receive and email.
6. You can login again and check the status of your ticket.
