Notes:
1. 2. 3.
Figures provided in column 12 at time of preliminary finding may be subject to change at final finding. Where a figure to be included in columns 11 and 12 was of a confidential nature, a range within which that figure falls has been provided. Under Australian legislation, the applicant my, within 30 days of being notified, appeal a negative preliminary finding to the Anti-Dumping Authority (ADA) for review. The ADA must complete this review within 60 days of commencing its enquiries and taking into consideration only that information which was available to Australian Customs Service (Customs) at the time of its finding. If, on review, the ADA replaces the Customs' negative preliminary finding with a positive finding, this will be reflected by that enquiry's being re-instated on the next return the preliminary finding date shown being that of the ADA's finding.
