The Chilean notification to the Committee on Trade in Agriculture comprises three sections. 2. Section I describes the treatment applicable to all products falling within CCCN Chapters 1 to 24 in regard to customs duties, as well as six headings in respect of which the treatment currently applicable is different from the general regime. 3. Section II contains two lines describing the licensing system for all products in CCCN Chapters 1 to 24. 4. Section III reports the products in CCCN Chaptersl to 24 which are covered by preferential concessions granted by Chile to other countries within the framework of the Latin-American Integration Association (LAIA). 5. In addition, it should be noted that various products in CCCN Chapters 1 to 24 are subject to the provisions of sanitary or phytosanitary regulations. Since the latter measures have not been notified in the context of the inventory of non-tariff barriers (AG/DOC/4 series), it was not considered relevant to include them in the format for notification to the Committee. Nevertheless, and so that the contracting parties may have full information, products subject to sanitary or phytosanitary regulations, as the case may be, are listed below. 5.A.
