                  Beautiful memories begin with detailed arrangements.
      At The Atrium Hotel, our team of Catering Managers will work with you and an
          approved Caterer to organize and coordinate your hotel arrangements.
    We have summarized the details that will be of interest during the planning process.
            We realize that your special event is unique and we will assist you
                          with each of your individual requests.
     The information enclosed is designed to help you begin planning your special day
                     with your own ideas and personal style in mind.
          We look forward to working with you and being part of your memories.

                                        Availability
             We will be pleased to schedule a “site inspection” of our available
                     event locations and provide additional information.
               Daytime Events may be scheduled from 11:00am to 4:00pm
               Evening events may be scheduled from 6:00pm to 12:00am
.
    Access to your function room prior to the contracted event time, for the purpose of
     decoration, etc., is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. An
                 additional fee may be charged for events after 12:00 am

                              You may arrange to have the Ceremony in one of
                                              our two locations.
                                 Our Beautiful Poolside with Bridge for up to
                                                 250 Guests
                              Inside One of our Ballrooms for up to 250 guests




Ceremony Times will be 10:00 am or 5:00 pm, other times will be considered
                        On Site Ceremonies includes:

           Wrought Iron Arch (to be decorated by your florist)

                     Sound System with one Microphone
                      Banquet Chairs with Chair Covers
                                    Riser

            Indoors – Seating for 50 – 100 Guests - $1500.00
              Poolside – Seats Up to 250 Guests - $2000.00
            Indoors Seating for 100 – 300 Guests - $2000.00

                                    Beverages
                         Due to California State Liquor Laws,
                          All Beverage must be purchased and
                               Served through the hotel.
                  Premium or Select brand beverage service may be
                       Offered on a cash or hosted bar basis.
                       Our Beverage and Wine list is enclosed.
            Non-alcoholic beverages also need to be purchased through the hotel.
              If you have a wine selection that the hotel does not carry
                      And would like us to serve to your guests,
                 There will be a corkage fee of $12.50++ per bottle.



                    Linen & Table Arrangements
We provide white table linens and white napkins. A selection of linen colors is available
through your catering manager at no additional charge. Based on your requirements, a
   personalized floor plan will be designed by your catering manager, so that table
                                assignments may be made




                         Entertainment & Décor
        Names and telephone numbers are provided on our exclusive referral list.
    You may use your own contacts; however the companies and individuals listed are
    familiar with The Atrium Hotel and are both reliable and creative professionals.
        All decorations incorporating candles must meet with the approval of the
   Irvine Fire Department. The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the
walls, floor or ceiling of rooms with nails, staples, tape or any other substances unless
    the Catering Office gives prior approval. Should Customer consider bringing in an
outside vendor (i.e. audio visual, lighting, decorating, music, entertainment, etc.) that
 is not currently under agreement with the Hotel, it will be necessary to obtain hotel
 approval. This approval will include signing an Indemnification release and providing a

Certificate of Insurance that meets hotel specifications regarding “Additional Insured”
 wording and correct dollar limits. An inspection fee based on the scope of work may
also be levied to insure vendor meets hotel safety and liability requirements. The hotel
 has specific loading and unloading areas please check in upon arrival with the Banquet
                 Manager. Fog machines and open flames are prohibited.

                         Parking Arrangements
Valet parking charges will be available for your guests at a rate of $8.00 per vehicle
                    Self-parking is available at $6.00 per vehicle

         Luncheon $20.00 Per Place Setting, plus service charge and sales tax
Dinner, Friday and Sunday $25.00 Per Place Setting, plus service charge and sales tax
    Dinner, Saturday, $30.00 Per Place Setting, plus service charge and sales tax

                 Additional charge for Hors D’ Oeuvre service during
         Cocktails, Reception or Ceremony, plus service charge and sales tax

                The pricing above does not include Caterer’s charge
         *Outside Caterer’s charge to be paid directly by Client to Caterer*

             To secure a date, a signed contract and deposit is required.
         Once we receive the signed contract, the deposit is non-refundable
                                And non-transferable
    Full estimated prepayment of the event will be due to the Catering Manager
14 days prior to your event by Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Credit Card.
                The hotel requires a credit card on file for all events.

                                  Deposit Amount
                             25% of Estimated Revenue

                                  Guarantees
           We request a tentative headcount (14) days prior to your event.
 Your final attendance is due no later than 12:00 pm, seven (7) working days prior to
  the commencement of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee not
 Subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. If we do not hear from
   you, the attendance number listed on the Banquet Event Orders will be used as a
guarantee number. The hotel cannot be responsible for set up or service to more than
                         five percent (5%) over the guarantee.

                                    Security
  The hotel will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of wedding gifts,
  merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following the ceremony or
 reception. Hotel will not be responsible for items left in any of the public function
   rooms, nor will it accept the accountability of rental items or vendor equipment.
         Security services may be arranged through your Catering Manager.

           INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE

                                                       (“Client”) agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless The Atrium Hotel and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, members,
officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively “The Atrium Hotel”) from and against
any and all actions, costs, claims, losses, expenses, and/or damages, including attorneys'
fees, arising out of or resulting from the Client’s purchase, storage, distribution and/or
consumption of food at The Atrium Hotel which was not supplied by The Atrium Hotel in
connection with the event to be held on                       .

        Client shall carry and maintain, during such period of time, comprehensive general
liability insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and name The Atrium Hotel as
additional insured. This insurance will be primary and not contributory with any insurance by
The Atrium Hotel. Client shall provide a certificate of insurance evidencing compliance with
the provisions of this paragraph. Client agrees that subrogation shall be waived against The
Atrium Hotel for all insurance.

      The undersigned acknowledges that he or she fully understands the terms of this
agreement and has the authority to sign on behalf of the Client and each of its agents or
employees.

                                  OUTSIDE CATERING AGREEMENT
The following is a list of rules & regulations for outside caterers using The Atrium Hotel. All reservations and
                     agreements are made upon, and are subject to the following conditions:


1. A Release of Liability signed by the client must be on file one month prior.
2. The caterer must send a certificate of insurance ($1,000,000) and it must be on file at least one
    month prior.
3. A list of equipment that is needed must be sent to the hotel no later than three weeks prior to the
    event.
4. A description of the menus and all items must be sent to hotel three weeks prior to the event.
5. It is the responsibility of the caterer to clean any area he is using including the kitchen areas or a
    $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
6. It is the responsibility of the caterer to make sure that all borrowed equipment is returned to the
    hotel Banquet Manager. Any missing equipment will be charged to the client.
7. It is the responsibility of the caterer to prepare and tray all food items. Caterer will display and
    present food in a professional manner. Caterer must be completely ready with food to be placed
    in chafer’s 30 minutes prior to the event.
8. If stewards are needed for preparation or dish out they are available at a $75.00 per hour charge
    each. Plated meals require one steward per 100 guests for dishing plates to servers.
9. If an engineer is needed the charge is $75.00 per hour.
10. The Caterer must go over all details of the menu with the Banquet Captain the day of event.
11. The Caterer should not only arrive early for prepping but also have enough back up food for the
    event.
12. The Caterer must adhere to hotel policy while in the hotel
                                The Hotel will provide the following:

•   Set up and clean up of the banquet room
•   Buffet Tables, Chafing Dishes, serving utensils and complete table sets
•   Hotel servers
•   Linen, glassware, china and silverware
