Position: SaaS Integration Analyst Job Description: The SaaS integration analyst will be responsible for leading integration engagements with Conformity’s customers and strategic SaaS service provider partners. In addition, the analyst will play a key role in integration efforts with major on-premise identity management, system management and director services applications. The analyst will be the primary focus of business level and technical integration projects, and will be responsible for documenting and communicating requirements to Conformity’s engineering and operations teams. Work Experience and Education: • • • Customer and vendor experience including leading engagements and ongoing management of programs. Translation and communication of business requirements to engineering teams. Have one of the following: - 5 or more years in SaaS, ASP, Hosted or cloud solution space, with experience at Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Google, Intacct or Workday highly preferred. - 5 or more years with premise-based solution provider in the identity management, systems management, or ERP spaces. Must have experience with at least one major industry security or protocol such as SAML, SPML, WS-Federate, and InfoCard. Familiarity with Salesforce Force platform or NetSuite SuiteCloud preferred. Engineering, MIS or Computer Science Bachelor's Degree required. Technical MBA or Master's beneficial.
