                  District – Approval of Loan and Assignment Agreement – For the purpose of
                  obligating the County to levy the special tax known as the special community benefit
                  assessment on the Capetowne Special Community Benefit District in an amount
                  sufficient to repay a loan from Sandy Spring Bank to Capetowne Homeowners
                  Association, Inc. in each of five (5) fiscal years during the term of the loan
                  by Mr. Reilly, Chairman

               BILL NO. 43-09 – An Emergency Ordinance concerning: County Pension and Retirement

           Plans – For the purpose of deleting obsolete language from certain provisions; altering
           the rate of interest earned under the Deferred Retirement Option Program for certain
           participants; providing for the calculation of the final average basic pay for certain
           participants; making this Ordinance an emergency measure; and generally relating to
           pensions

        BILL NO. 44-09 – An Ordinance concerning: Zoning – Violations and Enforcement – For
           the purpose of amending the provisions for filing complaints with the Department of
           Inspections and Permits and generally relating to zoning enforcement
           by Mr. Reilly

        BILL NO. 45-09 – An Ordinance concerning: Zoning – Assisted Living – For the purpose
           of adding assisted living facilities as a special exception use in the RLD residential
           zoning district; establishing additional provisions for assisted living facilities as a
           special exception and as a conditional use in certain commercial districts; and generally
           relating to assisted living facilities
