BY AND BETWEEN _____________________________________________ hereinafter referred to
as “client(s)” and/or “buyer ”

AND: Guerrilla Credit Restoration, Inc & Gorilla Credit Restoration LLC., hereinafter referred to
as “The Gorilla,”

                           Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

  You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However,
    neither you nor any ''credit repair'' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and
 verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from
                 your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is
      no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of
information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret
   the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and
 intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason
                        to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

   You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits
                                      deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the
                                                     date you signed it.

     Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate.
                                               However, mistakes may occur.

 You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The
 credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may
  not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error
                                            should be given to the credit bureau.

If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the
   credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a
                  summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.

The following is a binding agreement which outlines the responsible actions on both part of the client and The Gorilla, Whereas
client(s) understands that there are to be no agreements honored, nor action taken by The Gorilla unless they are in writing made part
of this agreement and signed by client(s), and agent of The Gorilla and received in full by The Gorilla. The following is considered
terms and conditions of the agreement made between the client and The Gorilla.

Charges to the clients constitutes an initial consultation fee up to $500.00 due at the completion of said consultation, but no earlier than
five (5) business days after the contract has been signed. Collection for services are conducted on a monthly basis, based on a
monthly action plan, and will be done so in arrears of the contractual monthly work’s fulfillment. Afterward, for continued services,
monthly fees will follow up to $75, excluding incidental expenses regarding obtaining credit information, sending mail, and any and all
other relevant incidentals which will be charged to the client. For couples that enter into an agreement with The Gorilla, a reduced
amount will be considered for the second party, with an initial consultation fee up to $250 and monthly services provided with a fee up
to $50 month.

Client(s) waives all rights of privacy and expressly authorizes The Gorilla to obtain credit information that has been collected by
Experian, TransUnion and Equifax (CSC, CBI) Credit Reporting Bureau(s), creditors, financial institutions, collection companies, and
legal representation relative to the client’s creditworthiness. The client agrees to sign the Limited Power of Attorney for the purpose of
The Gorilla to obtain the client’s credit reports from all three major Credit Bureaus and dispute any Inaccurate or unverifiable
information on the client’s behalf. Information gathered concerning the client is not sold to outside companies and shared only with
those companies affiliated with The Gorilla.

Services can include disputes, cease and desists, FTC communications, verification of debts, and assistance with securing additional
trade lines. This is not a debt consolidation or bill payment program. There is no guarantee of point-based results since there is no
way for The Gorilla to predict the point value of each effort it puts forward to communicate with the credit reporting agencies and
restore clients credit scores. The Gorilla does guarantee the agents representing The Gorilla will within reason and with full
conviction follow through with the action plan created during the initial consultation and be executed on a monthly basis. It is expected
by the client and The Gorilla that the average time to fully follow through on the expectations set at the initial consultation is one
calendar year.

The client agrees that regarding new deleterious credit information added to the client’s report after the date this agreement is executed
that The Gorilla is not responsible or under contract to verify or dispute that information unless agreed to by The Gorilla. It is
understood that including the new information into the expectations of The Gorilla could incur additional charges.

It is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise noted during the initial consultation to gather credit reports from Transunion,
Equifax, and Experian. It is also the responsibility of the client to communicate and provide all written correspondence from the credit
reporting agencies in a within 48 hours to ensure the effectiveness of the agent to help restoration their credit. Failure to provide the
agent with correspondence will be construed as a factor outside the control of The Gorilla and disqualify the client for a refund should
the results of the credit restoration not meet the standards expected from the initial consultation.

Clients have the right to cancel services at any given time but must present their request in writing. Services are continued on a
monthly basis, and are assumed by The Gorilla to be continuous until notification from the client is otherwise given to The Gorilla or
The Gorilla has cancelled the contract.

If a client does not feel as though the effort of the agent has not met the expectation set at the initial consultation, the client is eligible to
a full refund less a $100 administration fee after they have contacted The Gorilla in writing airing their complaint. At such time their
complaint will be reviewed and compared against the efforts and results provided by The Gorilla and an assessment to the degree
of the refund will be notified, and delivered to the customer within 10 business days. Client also reserves the right to
proceed against the bond or trust account allowed under state statutes.

Client agrees that it is the sole discretion of the Gorilla to cancel services provided to a client at any time. Failure of
payment or return of payment automatically gives The Gorilla the right to cancel services provided to client. If payment is
secured for services rendered, the discretion remains with The Gorilla to determine if a new or renewal contract will be
granted to client.

Buyer understands that they reserve the right to review any file on the buyer maintained by any consumer reporting agency,
as provided under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ss. 1681-1681t. Client further understands that the
buyer may review his or her consumer reporting agency file at no charge if a request is made to the consumer reporting
agency within 30 days after receiving notice that credit has been denied, and

Clint understands that they do maintain the right to dispute directly with a consumer reporting agency directly pertaining to
the accuracy of any item contained in any file on the buyer maintained by the consumer reporting agency.

Client understands that in the interest of maintaining applicable laws and the integrity of The Gorilla, that neither the client nor The
Gorilla will make, advise, state in writing or verbally any of the following:

    Any statement that is false or misleading , or omit any material fact to a consumer reporting agency or to any person who has
    extended credit to a buyer or to whom a buyer is applying for an extension of credit with respect to a buyer’s credit worthiness,
    credit standing, or credit capacity

    Any statement that is false or misleading, or omit any material fact in the course of the contractual obligatory period that could
    misconstrue factual evidence pertaining to the course of events or behaviors on the part of the client, The Gorilla, the credit
    reporting agencies, debtors, and any or all parties as it pertains to information on, within, or that may have a causal relationship
    with material evidenced on a credit report.

    Alter your identity, e.g. get a new EIN (Employer Identification Number) or new identity, to try to get a new credit history





                                                  NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

         You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, within 5 days from the date the contract is signed.

 If you cancel any payment made by you under this contract, it will be returned within 10 days following receipt by the credit
                                    service organization of your cancellation notice.

     To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to:

                                                       Limited Power of Attorney

This form is a limited power of attorney and will be used for the sole purpose of helping with the restoration of your credit. This does not
give us full power of attorney over any of your other affairs.

I, We, ____________________________________________________________, a resident of ______________county, of the State
of______________________ give Guerrilla Credit Restoration Inc. its officers, employees and agents, as my assistants, in and on my
behalf, as set forth in the following matters only. Signing of correspondence addressed to the credit bureaus, signing of
correspondence addressed to creditors, obtaining information over the telephone, fax, and internet, through written or online
correspondence from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies. If mediation of a debt is necessary I give Guerrilla Credit
Restoration Inc., its officers, employees and agents the right to discuss information to help resolve a debt. The signature of the
employee below has been approved as my agent. I further authorize Guerrilla Credit Restoration Inc., their officers, employees and
agent’s bearer this release or copy thereof within 12 months of this date to obtain any information in my credit report that may involve
medical records and/or credit records. I hereby direct said record holder authorization to release any requested information upon the
presentation of this durable Limited Power of Attorney for limited purposes. I hereby release the bearer of this authorization as well as
the recipient, including but not limited to, the Custodian of such records, Repository of the Court Records, Credit Bureaus (TRW,
TransUnion, Equifax, Experian), consumer reporting agencies, retail business establishments, lending institutions, student loan
agencies (public and/or private), including whatever kind, liability to damages which may at any time result to me, my heirs, family or
associates, because of compliance with this Authorization to Release Information, or any attempt to comply with it. Should there be any
questions as to the validity below. I have the right to revoke or terminate this Limited Power of Attorney Release, you may contact me
as indicated below- I have the right to the Limited Power of Attorney at anytime. This Limited Power of Attorney shall terminate 13
months from the date of execution set forth below. All questions pertaining to validity, interpretation and administration of this Limited
Power of Attorney shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. This Limited Power of Attorney is valid
throughout the United States and all information set forth in the paragraph above by signature below.
