									                                     THE CHARLOTTESVILLE BEAD SOCIETY

The Charlottesville Bead Society was established in 1998 by a small group of bead
enthusiasts who met regularly to talk about beads, sip tea and share friendships. Membership
in the Society offers a forum for the exchange of information and ideas about beads, beading
and bead related arts.

Membership runs from September to September. Annual dues are $15.00. From time to time,
additional fees may be necessary to offset the cost of special meetings. Members may
participate in all scheduled activities which may include lectures, workshops, demonstrations,
exchanges, field trips and museum tours. Non-members may attend one meeting a year as a
guest for a $5.00 guest fee plus any fees applicable to special meetings.

The Society meets on the second Wednesday of each month at Studio Baboo, 321 East Main
St., Charlottesville (on the Downtown Mall). Meetings begin at 7:00.
