The following steps will allow you to setup the MATRIX for your requirements.
1. Type in the selection criteria for your applicants in the field labeled “Selection Criteria”
2. Enter the importance or “Weight” in the “Assigned Weight” field for each of the above entered qualification
3. Enter the importance or “Weight” in the “Assigned Weight” field for the INTERVIEW SCORE and REFERENC
4. Enter all applicant names in the “APPLICANT NAME” field
5. Your MATRIX is now ready for use, it is recommended to SAVE the matrix changes before continuing. Cho
