Many tests require you write to a prompt.
Examples:
Prompt: The starting idea for a story
Tell about your dream vacation.
What do you think life would be like on the Moon?
These tests are graded based on-1. How well the story is told
2. Correct spelling, punctuation, and word use 3. How well the writer is able to respond to the prompt
When you are writing to a prompt read the prompt very carefully.
You will want to read the prompt more than one time.
