Intentional Giving Ministry (IGM) IGM will provide your board a Consultant (“Guide”), an IGM Map and Navigational Tools to assist your board and congregation through the array of giving options to establish the “Giving Model” that fits your mission and vision. Your Guide will provide devotional materials and lead your board through the IGM Map and the following developmental phases: A. History Phase—What a congregation will be able to do in the future has a genuine relationship to what it has been in the past.

Commitment Phase– Having come through this time together, the congregation has discovered a new sense of self and new sense of confidence so that the Giving Model adopted fits the needs of the congregation’s ministry and mission.
You will be provided IGM Navigational Tools at each developmental phase to successfully guide you through the IGM Map to arrive at your personalized Giving Model. IGM Leadership Training The IGM one-day training seminar will be the catalyst for implementing IGM, which concludes in a “celebration event,” having enabled the leadership to: 1) Align the Giving Model with the congregation’s mission and vision, Establish specific Giving Goals and components of the Giving Model, 3) Strengthen the leadership’s ability to communicate the Ministry Goals and Giving Goals in a regular and intentional way, and 4) Enhance the image and visibility of the Ministry
