The local health department profile is a tool to facilitate communication and collaborative relationships between Schools of Nursing and Practice Partners to benefit students in planning field site experiences, obtaining data specific to that county, and is a starting point for contacting public health officers, public health nurse supervisors and /or preceptors who may be interested in hosting c/phn students.
