Post-It style notes for Brainstorming Insert -> Memo Floating 1. Support for Post-It style notes Create Post-It style Memo Notes by clicking Memo Floating button in the Insert menu. Or press SHIFT + Left Mouse Button anywhere on the background. Change Note colors by scrolling the Mouse Wheel, or by choosing the initial color in the menu. Grouping Notes together Create notes, then select multiple notes by dragging the mouse. To Group notes together, press Shift+Left Mouse Button, then enter a Title for the Group. Change the location of Group Title by selecting the title then press the Arrow keys to move the Group Title around. 3. Improved Scheduling with Dependency Handling 1. You can define scheduling dependency such that if task1 is delayed, all other dependent task schedules are pushed back automatically. However, the Clock can also be used anytime by using the Clock button in the Ideation tab. By default the clock counts down, but you can choose Count Up to have a count up clock. The clock will pop-up with the pre-set time. You can increase or decrease the timer using the up and down arrow keys. The right arrow key starts the timer, and you can also pause the timer using the same button. F. Enhanced Compatibility 1. PDF Save Integration MindMapper 2009 Professional now includes an option to Save as PDF document. 2. To use the integrated thesaurus, simply select a topic, and then click the Thesaurus button on the left window pane. The Thesaurus pane will open. You can also toggle the Thesaurus pane by pressing Thesaurus button in the Organize menu. In the Term drop down list, select the word from the topic that you wish to look up. Then select the correct synonym from the Categories list, then double-click the term you would like to use to replace your word with any of the candidate terms. III. Intuitive User Interface A. Ribbon Style Menu New Ribbon Style menu offers process oriented menu placement for more efficient usage. Most commonly used commands are placed on the Home tab. As you reduced your MindMapper Window horizontally, the ribbon menu will also condense, leaving you with the most used or popular commands. You can set arrow direction also by selecting the text and changing arrow properties 4. Bezier lines can also dragged by clicking the actual line instead of control points 5. Print Actual Size With MindMapper 2009, you can print your Mind Map using actual point size used in the screen. As in previous versions, the default setting is still Fit to Page. However, now you can set Actual Size printing to compare Mind Maps of different sizes to get the actual size printout you desire.
