           section’s 30-61(a) and 30-6-A10. They would accept offer in compromise

           After compliance meeting, additional on-site inspection and review of
           additional documentation, commission grants final grocery beer liquor
           permit, subject to the agent’s final requirements.


DISCUSSION - Lynn Fiore:

          Commission takes no further action on alleged 9/24/05 violation of 30-86
          (intox), 3 of 4 alleged 10/29/05 violations of 30-86 (intox). Commission
          accepts offer in compromise of $16,875 to resolve all remaining alleged
          violations on docket #06-73.
