NPO Claims Application User Manual The following is a description of the steps to follow when searching for the status of your claims. On the left menu of the Social Development website Home Page there is a NPO Claims link. - Click on that link and it will take you to the NPO Claims page - On the page you will be presented with a form as shown below on Figure 1.1.1 1. 1 Searching by Claim ID Figure 1.1.1: NPO Claims form Choose to either search by Claim ID, Facility Number, or by Facility Name. If you chose to search by claim id, then you must type in your Claim ID into the input box and press the Search button. The system will then search for you claim ID and find the status of your claim as shown below. The results will be displayed on the screen as shown in Figure 1.1.2. Figure 1.1.2: NPO Claims successful search results You can click on the button names “More Claims” to see more recently approved claims as shown in Figure 1.1.3 below. Figure 1.1.3: NPO Claims error message If you want to go back to showing only the three most recent claims, click the “Back” button as shown in Figure 1.1.3 above. After you are done with this search, you will click on Restart Search to begin another search. If you claim ID does not exist, then the system will notify you as shown in below in Figure 1.1.4 Figure 1.1.4: NPO Claims error message If you typed invalid input in that input box (e.g. characters like “abcd”), an error message will be displayed as shown in Figure 1.1.5 bellow. Figure 1.1.5: NPO Claims error message If you typed invalid input in that input box (e.g. Numbers that are bigger than “999999”), an error message will be displayed as shown in Figure 1.1.6 below. Figure 1.1.6: NPO Claims error message 1.2 Searching by Facility Number Figure 1.2.1: NPO Claims form If you choose to search by Facility Number the search results will consist of three most recent Claim IDs for that facility as show in Figure 1.2.2 below. Figure 1.2.2: NPO Claims search successful results for a search by Facility Number You will then proceed by clicking the “View Claim” link to view the claim number that you want to search for. The system will search for the status of that claim and display it on the screen as shown in figure 1.2.3 below. Figure 1.2.3: NPO Claims search successful results for a search by Facility Number’s claims search After you are done with this search, you will click on Restart Search to begin another search. If the Facility Number you typed does not exist, then the system will notify you as shown in below in Figure 1.2.4 Figure 1.2.4: NPO Claims error message If you typed invalid input in that input box (e.g. characters like “abcd”), an error message will be displayed as shown in Figure 1.2.5 below. Figure 1.2.5: NPO Claims error message 1.3 Searching by Facility Name Figure 1.3.1: NPO Claims form If you choose to search by Facility Name, and then type “Lun” in the search input box, then the search results will consist of all the facilities that have a name that begins with “Lun” as show in Figure 1.3.2 below. Figure 1.3.2: NPO Claims error message You will then click “View Facility” to view the most recent Claims for that facility. The system will search for the most recent claims for the facility that you choose to view as shown below in Figure 1.3.3. Figure 1.3.3: NPO Claims successful search Then you click “View Claim” to view the status of that particular claim id as shown below in Figure 1.3.4. After you are done with this search, you will click on Restart Search to begin another search.
