Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D),
        Joined in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Indian Institute of Technology,
IIT Karagpur-721302, India, as Institute Research Scholar in July’99 and worked up to
Feb’2004. Degree has been awarded on November‟2004.
        The thesis work entitled as “Studies on hourly and daily cumulative frequency
distributions for ambient temperature, clearness indices, illuminance and interrelations”. This
simulation work is for assessment of solar energy from solar thermal energy systems, building
energy and lighting systems and other environmental application.
Master of Engineering(M.E).,
        Passed out in November 1998, from Mechanical Engineering Department,
Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore-14 with over all percentage of 79.34 and
specialization in Refrigeration and Air- conditionings.
        Project title is “A Vapour Absorption Refrigeration with A Heat Pump Systems- A Case
Study in Sugar mill Co-Generation.”
