Call toll-free 1-877-644-6562 or TTY 1-888-642-8203, the toll-free number is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday (excluding holidays).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION: Your social security number. Your driver’s license or state ID number Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN FILED: You will receive further information by mail or email. Your claim will be assigned to a Processing Center based on the last four digits of the claimant's social security number.
