Certificate in Train-the-Trainer Objectives This certificate gives solid training concepts by understanding the role of a trainer as well as to learn effective presentation skills and select appropriate training methods for course design and deliver. Otherwise HKIHRM reserves the right to cancel the enrolment. ENROLMENT / CONFIRMATION: Enrolment / reservation by email and/or fax are welcome but confirmation is subject to payment in full. Confirmation will be sent by email 4 days prior to the program to those who have settled payments only. The maximum number of enrolment from each company to the same round of Certificate Program/ seminar is six In case of over-subscription, priority will be given to HKIHRM members who have settled the program fees and those who enrolled to full program. CANCELLATION/ REFUND: All fees paid are NON refundable unless written notice is received before the program commences and arrangement are as follows: - More than 10 business days: Full refund minus HK$400 administrative fee per event - Less than 10 business days: All fees paid will be forfeited but substitutions could be made with written notice. Any fee difference between member and non-member will be charged HKIHRM reserves the right to charge the full program fees if cancellation is not notified before the start of the event. WEATHER: All programs will not be held as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted after (or is announced to be held at/after) 6:00am for morning programs; 10:00am for afternoon programs; and 2:00pm for evening programs.
