Dear Seasons Owner,

We would like to update you on the status of development at Seasons which should also clarify a
few misconceptions we understand are being communicated by certain owners.


Bushveld View (Proclaimed)

To date in the region of 221 stands in Bushveld View have been transferred and a few owners have
now started building. A number of plan submissions have been received recently from other owners
wishing to commence with the construction of their homes and we would encourage as many others
as possible to consider building in the near future.

All services in Bushveld View are complete, roads have been paved and street lighting
installed.


Seasons Sport and Spa (Proclaimed)

Should you have visited the estate recently, you will have no doubt noticed the considerable
development which has taken place at Sport and Spa. Construction on 14 stands is already complete
with these units being occupied, and building on another 11 stands will be undertaken over the next
few months. The gym and beauty spa are operational, and guests are enjoying the other facilities
and amenities including the pools, squash, volley ball and tennis courts, horse riding and games
room. There is also a convenience shop adjacent to the Sport and Spa reception, and a mashie golf
course, jogging / walking track and riding trail have been opened.

All services to Sport and Spa are complete and paving of the roads and installation of street
lighting is in progress.


Bushveld View Phase 2 (Ana)

This property is at present being re-designed with the intention of developing small blocks of lock-
up and go apartments (4 apartments per block) in an area within this phase. Two, three and four
bedroom apartments are planned and will be priced between R700,000.00 and R1,000,000.00.
There are still stands available for sale in the above three development areas, so should you be
interested in buying another stand or apartments, or you have any friends or family who may be

Gatehouse and Security

Construction of the gatehouse is complete and the landscaping of the area and other finishing
touches are underway. The gatehouse is manned on a 24 hour basis and all owners, visitors,
contractors and staff are required to adhere to the access card systems which has been implemented
by the security company currently contracted to the estate.

Installation of the perimeter security fencing is finished and has been electrified. Security patrols
are done throughout the estate on a 24 hour basis.


Seasons Sport and Spa Eco Golf Estate Home Owners Association

The inaugural meeting of the HOA was held on 12 March 2008 at which various statutory
requirements were dealt with and the Board of Directors elected.

The Golf Club

We are eager to start with the golf course upgrade, and anticipate work will commence shortly.
Initially water storage dams and an irrigation system will be installed followed by the changes to
holes 1 & 2. Thereafter, the remaining holes will be upgraded on an on-going basis.

The Halfway House adjacent to the Clubhouse opened in December which serves breakfast, light
lunches, snacks and beverages throughout the day. It is also open for supper on certain nights of the
week. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere can be enjoyed by the whole family, and this will be the
only restaurant operating until the Clubhouse renovation has been completed. A full bar service is
available at the Halfway House.

The re-vamped Pro-shop also opened during December and stocks a comprehensive range of
clothing and accessories.

Renovations to the Clubhouse have commenced, starting with the Ladies and Gents locker rooms.
Work will then move to the upper level, the interior of which is to be given a ‘total makeover’,
creating a bar/lounge overlooking the verandah and golf course beyond, and a new restaurant. The
original bar will be turned into a conference room.

The area immediately surrounding the Clubhouse will be paved and landscaped and a parking area
established in the vicinity of the Halfway House.
