To closing attorney: signed contract, instructions to closing attorney, warranty
Check contract & stips to see what needs to be done (i.e. warranty)
Order warranty if necessary
Check to see if appraisal is ordered
Contact lender and stay in touch regularly
Be sure EXIT office gets all amendments and exhibits.
Order termite letter
Give utility company info to buyer
Fax termite letter to attorney, selling agent, and EXIT
Get seller’s forwarding address for office
Remove sign and lock box
Thank you note
Closing and necessary paperwork
Farming letters for that neighborhood
