Report/Process Description (from Portal) Lists total number of job applicants, total job offers made, and total applicants hired for a specified date range and calculates various ratios Provides information on recruitment and hiring practices; compares hiring decisions for white males to ethnic minorities and females. This report includes only those individuals for whom the applicable job actions were recorded during the date range you specify on the Adverse Impact page. Generates the Job Group Movement Report. Provides gender and ethnic group movements in and out of an organization and tracks career progression patterns. Report shows job code, position number, status, and other details for each job requisition number in the system. For each job requisition, the report lists job information, requisition status, recruiter, the number of applicants, and expenses information. Extracts job posting data and formats it for merging into MS Word docs that are used to create standardized job posting announcements. Produces file APP004.LTR Combines pertinent job requisition information with a list of candidates being interviewed for the position. This report combines job requisition information with a list of candidates being interviewed for the position. It groups requisitions by Department ID. For each candidate interviewed, the report displays the following: employee ID, name, status in the interview process (active, inactive, hired, withdrawn), last interview step completed, and any offers made. Provides a breakdown of expense types and amounts for each job requisition. You can use this report to manage the FMLA leave process from beginning to end. A review of this report reveals those employees who will soon be going out on leave; what follow-up is needed to support the leaves; those employees who will soon exhaust their leave entitlement. For employees on FMLA leave or who have recently completed leaves, displays employee ID, name, FMLA request number, begin/return dates, job status, payroll earnings during leave period, FMLA hours taken (paid and unpaid, and the total difference between the hours reported as paid by Payroll and those marked as paid in the FMLA system). Prints a bill for all employees with outstanding balances who are actively enrolled in the Benefits Billing system. Statements report activity from/to dates; activity type, plan type, benefit plan, coverage, amount and due dates. Also included is the total due and total overdue information, with any comments entered on the billing calendar. It can also be used to determine how the moneys received were applied. You can also use this report for general ledger reconciliation and auditing. Displays all billing account activity for a specific period of time, by employee. Use this report to answer questions from employees regarding their billing accounts. This report can also be used as a tool in troubleshooting and auditing billing activity. System prompts you to specify from and through dates.
Initiates creation of a report containing billing calculation errors Displays employees with open charges and open credits; active enrollments audit; inactive enrollments audit; employees with holds longer than three months; and enrollment holds longer than three months. Use this report to audit billing enrollments that may require follow-up activity. For example, data will only be displayed for employees with open charges and credits when an error condition exists.

Includes employees without Employment records, employees without Job records, employees under 16 years old, employees with unusual dependents signed up for coverage, employees with spouses (or other dependents) both electing health benefits, employees with overage dependent coverage, and employees with incorrect health plans set up on the Benefit Program Table. Lists employees not compliant with court-ordered dependent benefit coverage or minimum spousal coverage. Use this report to list of generated billing periods. It is also a quick reference for payment due information by billing period. This file contains name/address info on all active employees except students. This data is used for the creation of individualized charity form. This interface utilizes an extract file(BANNER.IN) from Banner SIS which identifies the faculty staffing of specific course sections for a specific term. This process was created in responds to the FSA outsourcing to SHPS, Inc. by 4 GaFIRST schools. This process allows user to populate the temp table PS_FSA_BOR by either the FSA Annual Enrollment data or the payroll contributions data. This process was created in responds to the FSA outsourcing to SHPS, Inc. by 4 GaFIRST schools: GCSU, Macon, Middle GA, and USO. This process generates either the FSA Annual Enrollment file(for SHPS to build enrollment record) or the payroll contributions file(for SHPS to process claims) to be submitted to SHPS. This process uses the temp table PS_FSA_BOR populated by the Create FSA Temp Table process (BORI023). This process generates a flat file for all current employee from Peoplesoft tables. This interface extracts data from the PeopleSoft Personal Data Table for transmission to the Endeavor Library System. The data contained in these tables have the option of being edited from a peoplesoft panel. This process creates the monthly VALIC ORP report detailing employee and employer contributions for submission to the VALIC. The data used to generate this report come from the PS_VALORP_BOR AND PS_VAL_CONTRIB_BOR temporary tables that are populated by the Create VALIC ORP Temp Table process (BORI039A). The data contained in these tables have the option of being edited from a peoplesoft panel. This interface was needed to provide MetLife the necessary information to maintain an accurate database of dental enrollment information for insured employees and dependents. This process generates a flat file named usgdentalXXXXXXX.txt where XXXXXXX is the institution group number assigned by MetLife, and populates the temp table PS_BOR_DENTAL_DATA table. This interface was needed to provide US Bank the necessary HSA enrollment and contribution data This process generates a flat file named HSAEXXXYYYYMMDD.txt for the Enrollment File and HSAPXXXYYYYMMDD.txt for the Contribution File, where XXX is the company number The data in this file will be used to determine eligibility for applicants to the PeachCare for Kids program. If a parent/guardian is eligible for a health benefits plan sponsored by the USG, whether they participate or not, their dependents are not eligible for the PeachCare for Kids program. We are federally mandated to supply this data to the 3rd party vendor on a monthly basis. The report lists only active employees who are eligible (but not necessarily enrolled in) a health benefits plan sponsored by the USG.

PeopleSoft did not have delivered functionality that supports TRS or ORP processing. Therefore, three new plans types for TRS, ORP, and ORP-TRS were created; several new records and panels were created to process multiple ORP elections; and new SQR processes were generated to distribute the ORP deduction among the multiple companies an employee can elect. This process creates the monthly TRS/ORP files detailing employee and employer contributions for submission to the state. The data used to generate this file will come from the PS_TRS_BOR temporary table that is populated by the Populate TRS/ORP Temp Table process (BORIF04A). The data contained in this table has the option of being edited from a peoplesoft panel.
This program pulls existing TRS/ORP data from within the institution's database and generate an employee's contribution data summary report. This interface is a clone of the GL Interface(BORIF01) in terms of the logic used to select the transactions to be written to the output file. The difference is that this program will only write the transactions that have an amount in the Encumbrance Liquidation field. Using the appropriate formula, this amount will show the projected amount to paid for the remainder of the fiscal year. This process generates a flat file listing total charges (total_charge) for current COBRA Participants for a particular billing month. The file is then provided to accounting for the billing. This interface extracts employee retirement system contributions from the PeopleSoft Payroll system for transmission to the Employee Retirement System. This program pulls existing ERS/DEFCON data from within the institution's database and populates the temporary PS_ERS_BOR table. This temporary table is then used to generate a report and a flat file. This process creates the ERS Contribution File for submission to the state. The data used to generate these files will come from the PS_ERS_BOR temporary table that is populated by the Create ERS/DEFCON Temp Table process (BORIF28A). The data contained in this table has the option of being edited from a PeopleSoft page. This program pulls existing ERS/Defcon data from PS_ERS_BOR and generates an employee(s) contribution summary report. This program splits the ORP deduction amount among the companies that an employee has elected. This process will also update the ORP company balances. This process deletes all Pay Calendars without any confirmed paysheets in the calendar year dated after the Pay Period End Date entered on the Delete Calendars run control page. This process allows user to turn direct deposit on or off for all the calculated paychecks for a particular pay run ID. This process should be run before confirming the payroll.

With the legacy FIS(Faculty Information System) being decommissioned, a report listing the biographical, education, and employment data previously available in FIS was required to replicate the functionality in PS. This report allows user to run the report for a selected faculty. This process was created after the PSHRMS V8 Upgrade project. With the legacy FIS(Faculty Information System) being decommissioned, a process to mass reappoint part-time faculty previously available in FIS was required to replicate the functionality in PS. This is step 1of the 3-part Part-Time Bulk Reappointment Process. This process extracts faculty to be rehired based on the Action/Reason on their Job Data and inserts them into the PS_BORM016_REV_BOR table for review. This process was after during the PSHRMS V8 Upgrade project. With the legacy FIS(Faculty Information System) being decommissioned, a process to mass reappoint part-time faculty previously available in FIS was required to replicate the functionality in PS. This is the last step of the 3-part Part-Time Bulk Reappointment Process. User can choose to run this process by Case Status, Case Type, and Board Date. This report was created after the PSHRMS V8 Upgrade project. With the legacy FIS(Faculty Information System) being decommissioned, a report listing the approved transactions previously available in FIS was required to duplicate the functionality in PS. This report allows user to run the report for Cse Status and Board Date.
This program reads the PS_TIME_ENTRY_BOR table, validates the results of PS time data entry, and flags records as either cleared for PaySheet Creation or Errors that need to be corrected manually before re-edit. This program also verifies leave reported against leave accruals and distributes REG pay for Exception Hourly and Positive Pay employees to AST and OVT per rules. This process takes time entry records that have cleared Pay Edit routine and inserts them on Paysheets.
Identifies on- or off-cycle run parameters and calculation options for pay calculation processing. Lists information of employees regarding their disability plan elections and deduction amounts. This process identifies system-generated checks and manual checks, including check reversals, processed by the PeopleSoft payroll system for a Pay Run ID and compares them to the bank’s check file.
