In order to take part you must complete the attached entry form and return it to Lisa Costall (29 Church Drive, Keyworth) or Wayne Pull (61 Park Ave, Keyworth) no later than Sunday 30th May A few things you need to be aware of to ensure a safe, fair and fun race:  The races are due to start at 2.00pm (Juniors – 5-11years) and 3.00pm (Intermediate – 12-17 years) 4.00pm (Adult 18+) 1.30 but no later than 2.30 (please do not  Each race will last 30 minutes  You must register at any time after leave it until the last moment!)  When you register, your sponsor forms will be checked (so please bring them with you) and your team will be given a race number  Please make sure that each team member adds up the total amount of sponsorship they hope to raise and writes it on their sponsor form  Each chariot must have at least two and no more than four wheels and must not have an engine or any pedals  Each team must be made up of four people  Although fancy dress is not compulsory, it adds to the fun(!), and prizes will be awarded for the 'best' Junior fancy dress  Once the race has started, the four members of the team cannot change  At any one time during the race, one person must be resting, two pulling/pushing whilst the fourth team member is in the chariot  At the end of each lap, all four team members will change over (in their designated pit lane)  No bumping or barging - foul play could result in disqualification  4 copies of the sponsor forms are attached (photocopy extra copies if necessary) Please make sure that every member of your team is aware of these points. We hope that you will find all the effort well worthwhile and that you will have a great afternoon. Thanks again and have fun!!!
