									ARAMARK’s Human Resources Representative Program is a formalized on-boarding
program aimed at developing future Human Resources talent for the organization by
providing each participant with human resource experiences including recruiting,
employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, and business partnering.

The HR Representative Program not only provides on the job training and mentoring
opportunities, but also training aimed at developing and expanding candidates leadership
skills and business savvy.

The program will begin at our Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA in July 2008.
For the initial 3-4 weeks, you will attend an orientation to provide a full understanding of
ARAMARK’s Domestic Food, Hospitality, and Facility Services organization, our
business and the Human Resources vision for success.

For the duration of the Program, you will be assigned to a specific Business Unit and
spend approximately 6-12 months in the greater Philadelphia area. You will travel to a
number of ARAMARK client sites in areas across the United States, while partnering
with HR Vice Presidents, Regional HR Directors and local HR Managers to learn and
understand both the technical functions of an HR generalist as well as the business
operations of our accounts. This will allow you to gain first hand experience as to how
HR and operations work as business partners in your assigned Business Unit. Working
hours and travel schedules will vary depending upon the Business Unit to which you are
assigned.

-A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. in Business
Administration, Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations or Hospitality
-Completion of an HR internship or other experience in a human resources and/or food
service operations role.
-The ability to prioritize and manage your time, aggressively pursue developmental
opportunities and work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction are essential
to succeed in this role.
-Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is desired.

Candidate must be open for relocation upon completion of the program and open
for up to 75% travel during the program.
