October Contribution Statements: October Statement should consist of 4 paragraphs: (1) Introduction to the chosen topic - Based on my initial research, what do I currently know about the issue we have chosen? (2) What have I done to individually impact this issue during the month of October? (3) What has my group done to impact this issue in the month of October (4) What plans do we have for the month of November. Each paragraph needs a minimum of three sentences. Please attach a copy of your group's proposed 8 month calendar to your contribution statement. November Contribution Statements: Your November Statement should consist of 4 paragraphs: (1) What have I learned this month about my topic through researching and reading about my Biography Candidate and my Third World Country? (2) What have I done to individually impact this issue during the month of November? This individual contribution may have been my part of our group effort or something that I have accomplished on my own. (3) What has my group done to impact this issue in the month of November? (4) What plans do we have for the month of December? Each paragraph needs a minimum of three sentences. Be sure to include quantifiable contribution data in the statement (ie. How many hours did I spend this month working on my contribution? How many people or animals did I help/influence this month? What other aspects of my contribution can I count/quantify?) December Contribution Statements: Your December Statement should include 4 paragraphs: (1) In this paragraph, I should summarize the most interesting aspect of the social justice contribution made by the person whose biography I have chosen to read. This paragraph may help me in preparing to write my campaign speech for my candidate. (2) What have I done to individually impact my chosen issue during the month of December? This individual contribution may have been my part of our group effort or something that I have accomplished on my own. (3) What has my group done to impact this issue in the month of December? (4) What plans do we have for the month of January? REMEMBER: Each paragraph needs a minimum of three sentences. Be sure to include quantifiable contribution data in the statement (ie.
