Details of Services provided (In Brief½

I) Establishment:
    • Maintenance of personal files of all the employees.
    • Maintenance & updating the leave record, increments, confirmation.
    • Pay fixation, removal of anomaly.
    • Sanction of normal and special medical claims.
    • Sanction of L.T.A.
    • Settlement of final dues on account of resignation, superannuation & death.
    • Time Bound Promotion
    • Maintaining record of employees on deputation, contract and consultants.
    • Maintenance of property returns of employees up to the level of DO.
    • Preparation and up gradation of establishment schedule
    • Other matters related to exemption under E.S.I.C. Act.

II) Housekeeping:
    • Arrangement of office vehicle, tourist vehicles and its maintenance
    • Procurement of office furniture and fixtures
    • Procurement of office equipments like Xerox machines, fax machines, water cooler
       and other equipments.
    • Procurement of stationery, drawing and printing materials.
    • Procurement of uniforms required for peons, drivers & firemen and accessories like
       shoes, raincoats, sweaters etc.
    • Procurement of other allied product related to office maintenance and repairs.
   •   Admiministration of Guest Houses at Killegaothan, NRI, Panchsheel & C-6 type,
       CBD.
   •   Invitation of tender, renewal of various contracts etc.
   •   Attendance of court cases.

III) Welfare and Training:
     • Providing assistance of non refundable amount of Rs.50,000/- in case of demise of
       certain employee during the service tenure occurs because of accidental death.
     • Interest free computer loan of Rs. 35,000/- entitled for all employees.
     • Group insurance with 25% contribution by employees and 75% contribution by
       employer
     • Total amount insured is 25 times gross salary of employees-relief in case of accident
     • Petty loan of Rs. 30,000/- of nominal interest rate.
     • Vehicle loan of Rs. 30,000/- for purchase of motorbike and Rs. 20,000/- for scooter.
     • Car loan-For officers above D.O. @ 8% interest upto Rs. 5.00 Lacs for new vehicle
       and Rs. 2.5 Lacs for old vehicle purchases are permissible.
     • CIDCO has introduced Own Your Vehicle Scheme against the expenses of fuel,
       drivers salary & maintenance of the vehicle, it is decided to pay Rs. 12,5000/- per
       month to the DO & above officers vide B.R.No.8969 dated 24.02.2004
     • Subsidized canteen coupons of Rs. 720/- per employee per month.
     • Housing loan of 50 times of gross salary with maximum limit of Rs. 7.00 Lacs.
     • Merit prize to the wards of the employees who secure more than 60% marks in H.S.C.
       & S.S.C. with cash awards.
     • Education allowance to any two wards of the employees
       -Jr. to Sr.KG-Rs.600/- per child
       -1st to 10th Std-Rs.1800/- per ward
       -11th to 15th Std-Rs.2200/- per ward
     • Conducting in house training by renowned HRD consultancy for Class I,II & III
       employees.
     • Outdoor training in renowned HRD institutes like ASCI, NITIE etc.
     • Computer training to technical and non technical employees.
     • Need based training in specialized courses both short term as well as long term.
     • Study leave for short term and long term.
     • Allotment of rental tenements to staff under staff welfare scheme.
     • Allotment of Co-op Housing Society plots to co-operative societies formed by the
       employees.
