Fredericksburg ISD Concession stands options
All regulations related to use of stadium or gym concession stands are subject to
approval by the FISD which retains all rights to the use or assignment of the
concession stands.
The Fredericksburg Athletic Booster Club and the Fredericksburg Band Booster
Club will not be charged a fee to run concession stands and have 1st option at
all non-FISD events.
If a non-school related group wishes to use a concession stand they should
contact the booster organizations first. If the booster clubs choose not to run
the concession, they should contact the facitlities coordiantor (Beth) first.
She will help set up the appropriate paperwork, fees, and help organization
choose 'per booster clubs request' from the 3 options below.
OPTION 1- Approved Fredericksburg ISD connected clubs may run concession
stands as a fundraiser during non-Fredericksburg ISD events with booster club
approval. They may be charged an hourly fee. There may also be additional
fees for cleanup if area is not correctly cleaned or if items are missing.
OPTION 2- Group is allowed to sell items in front of the concession stands on
tables under the awning. There is no hourly fee and no weekend fee.
There may also be additional fees for cleanup if area is not correctly cleaned.
OPTION 3- Subject to booster club approval a group is allowed to sell items
out of the concession stands but have to adhere to the $33 per hour rate rule.
Once the door of the concession stand is opened, the charges begin. There
may also be additional fees for cleanup if area is not correctly cleaned or
if items are missing.
Groups using the concession stands must complete a property Use Agreement
at least two weeks prior to the date requested.
FREDERICKSBURG ISD AUDITORIUM FACILITY USAGE GUIDELINES
FACILITY USE POLICY
All groups, community and school, should abide by the following rules:
A. No food or drink in the house, control booth or backstage. No gum backstage
or in the control booth.
B. No tobacco use (smoking or chewing) on school property. (State law)
C. Student groups must have an adult sponsor at all times. Proper adult supervision will aid in the
safety of the students as well as the care of the facility.
D. Each group is responsible for setting, striking and leaving the building in good condition. Groups
are responsible to fix/replace/repair any damages that they make to any part of facility (including all
fixtures) when using the facitily in addition to deposit if required.
E. Fredericksburg I.S.D. is not responsible for any injury to any person which might occur during
rehearsal or performance. Fredericksburg I.S.D. is not responsible for any property damage
(equipment, props and set) brought into the building for a performance.
