For best results, please put separate the First and Last Name of your guests in the columns below. Prefixes such as Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.. are not recommended.

When should I submit my list? Submit your completed template via the “My Uploads” section of your account at www.tgkdesigns.com. You should upload your comp
list no later than 1 week prior to the earliest date on the “estimated ship date” for your order. Uploads received later than 1 week prior to your first estimate ship date may
in a delay in your order.. For example, if your order is estimated to ship between 12/7/08 and 12/14/08, you should submit your list by 11/30/08.
