CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between____________________________________________, The Wife and___________________________________, The Husband (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), and A-1 Paralegal Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “A-1”) Both spouses agree to fully represent themselves in this matter as Pro Se' Litigants and acknowledge that they will resolve all of their personal property, assets, liabilities, debts, etc... on their own without the Court's Intervention and any of those items not resolved during the divorce process will be mutually resolved at a later date through ourselves as Pro Se' parties or by the hiring of qualified attorneys. Fees, Payments & Expenses: A-1 agrees to perform the following services on Client’s behalf: No-Fault Divorce. In consideration for the service to be performed by A-1, Client agrees to pay the sum of Two Hundred and Ninety-Five Dollars ($295.00), which represents the total fee due for our most basic no-fault divorce package. The "No-Fault Divorce" focuses only on the conclusion of the marriage and items such as Written Agreements, Remarriage Certificates, or Resuming Maiden Name are not included in the basic divorce package and are billed as separate services (*See below). Should the matter have to be remanded back to the county in which client resides, if one party fails to fully cooperate, or if additional clerical hours are required to manage the file for any reason out of A-1's control, additional service charges and cost fees will be imposed. All service fees and costs are due upon request or upon receipt of an invoice. Personal checks will be held two (2) weeks and documents will not be available for Clients' review until the expiration of that two-week (2) period. Any client who bounces a check will be subject to a $50.00 service charge, which must be paid prior to A-1 continuing to manage Clients' file. Materials & Handling: A-1 will supply all materials and supplies used to provide the services required under this Agreement. Client agrees to allow A1 to collect personal and factual information necessary to assist Clients in representing themselves Pro Se'. A-1 will assist Client from the beginning to the conclusion of their matter. File Management includes all standard packaging, mailing, phone calls, and other standards actions related to a typical file as described in the Attached. Voluntary Participation of Parties and Signing of Documents A-1 is not responsible for any party who fails to participate in this voluntary divorce process and additional clerical fees and/or costs will be imposed on all files that require additional clerical hours or services in order to complete the divorce process. All Clients will sign all of their documents at one time. Those documents will be dated by A-1 as they are filed. This signing process is solely for the convenience and cost considerations by A-1. NO DOCUMENT IS CONSIDERED FINAL UNTIL STAMPED AND RECEIVED BY THE COURT. ADDITIONALLY, NO DIVORCE WILL BE FILED WITH THE COURT UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BY BOTH VOLUNTARY PARTICIPANTS. Delivery of Final Product & Our Rights: A-1 promises to produce a final product as quickly as possible. We recognize the need for expediency, and we will strive to reduce delay time as much as possible. The average turn-around time varies, but is normally within 3-7 business days. However, we firmly reserve the right to conclude all customer files in the order in which they were received, in the order in which they are due or in the order in which we deem appropriate. We also reserve the right to determine the length of time needed to manage any file and finalization periods will slightly vary depending on the current office workload. We make no actual inferences as to how long any document or file may be concluded within our office, within the Office Of The Prothonotary, or within the office of any other third party. Third Parties: A-1 is not responsible for the actions of any third party. On occasion, third parties make their own internal errors regarding bills, estimates, quotes, typographical errors in printing and publishing, lost documents, and other related mistakes, etc., which may result in a delay of your divorce or additional necessary filing costs, which is the full responsibility of the client. We will go out of our way to assist third parties in correcting errors to get your file back on track, however, it must be well-understood that we cannot control, monitor, or direct in any way the policies or actions of any third party. All of our work comes with a 100% Guarantee based only on our internal system and those documents and files that we produce. So long as both parties fully participate your no-fault divorce is fully guaranteed. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws, rules and regulations of the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania.
