Contract
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 29 day of May 2009, by and between Eloisa M. Hife and Emmanuel M. Cruz. IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Emmanuel Cruz hereby engages Eloisa Hife to be his servant upon the following terms: In lieu of this agreement, she must follow every rule the other party sets and if by any chance she can’t answer those requests, there would be a punishment of either (a) eating 20 pieces of red pepper or (b) kneeling on scattered salt for an hour, whichever Emmanuel chooses. THIS AGREEMENT is effective from this day until the 29 day of May 2014.

If by any chance one of the parties back out, there’d be a payment of 24,000Php to the other party. The obligation of the Parties shall be excused by detention of key personnel by sickness, accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God, Force Majure or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of the obliged Party. Neither Party shall be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from any breach of this Agreement.
I have read and agree to all terms as written in this Agreement.
