   Rosa’s Law IS Law: Both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives unanimously approved Rosa’s law to eliminate
    terms “mental retardation” and “mentally retarded” from the federal laws without affecting the rights of individuals with
    disabilities. The bill was sent to the White House for President Obama’s signature on September 23.
   ACA Discretionary Provision Summary Available: Congressional Research Service, the legislative branch’s
    nonpartisan research arm, released a report detailing discretionary provisions in PPACA for which appropriations are
