account. NO details appear in CC for any
department to access to get status. No order number
generates, its a huge guessing game and results in a
lot of lost time.

There is no way for customer service or tech support to
make this account available for a new program
purchase in their existing myapex account.
Essentially, they cannot use an existing myapex for
bodybugg if they have previously purchased and
returned. For those with ATYD history, its important to
help them stay in their existing account. We need to
create ways to re-purchase the program.
