My favorite ways to eat Peanut Butters

Peanut butter is a paste made mainly of dry foods and
roasted peanuts, popular in the Philippines, North
America, Netherlands and the United Kingdom. It is
mainly used and sandwich, sometimes in combination
with jelly, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Other
fruits are used as the basis for similar vegetable butters.

Here are some of my favorite ways to use different butters
• Almond butter with apple sauce with cinnamon sprinkled on top - a
wonderful snack after dinner if you're satisfying a sweet tooth.
• Almond or nut butter with any fruit. I particulary enjoy almond
butter on fresh figs ... sooo good!
• Peanut Butter and Apple Butter Sandwich -..An excellent on-the-go
breakfast option, use 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1
tablespoon of apple butter on a slice of whole grain bread and you're
on your way.
• Cashew butter on celery sticks - add some raisins for a little
• knob of butter in oatmeal. - I mix the nut butter in your oatmeal, for
an extra zing add a teaspoon of honey too.
All these options are a great way to get a ton of healthy fats,
especially Omega 3 in their daily meal plans.
Even though peanut butter is high in calorie content, you may eat it,
but always in moderation. Enjoy these many combinations of fruit
and nut butter for nutritional snacks and meals.
