     All Guardian Cane Corso Dogs are $1,350.00. A deposit is required to purchase from us and is a
commitment to buy a Guardian Cane Corso. If for some reason the Buyer changes their mind on the purchase
of a Guardian Cane Corso they will forfeit their deposit. If something should happen to the reserved Guardian
Cane Corso or it is not able to be shipped or purchased due to health reasons, or other unforeseen problems
the deposit will be applied to the next available litter. All deposits and monies paid to Guardian Cane Corso are
non refundable. This contract is a legally binding document between Guardian Cane Corso and Buyer. Buyer

                     The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as followed

This contract applies to the original Guardian Cane Corso purchased along with original buyer only and is
nontransferable to a second or third party. No replacement puppy will be given if Puppy has been bred,
neutered or spayed outside of the limitations of this contract. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and
from Seller's residence on original and replacement puppy.

Terms and Condition: A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold the pup until five weeks when the balance
is required. All final payments to Guardian Cane Corso are to be made by Certified Check, Money Order or
Cash only. No personal checks are accepted for the final payment. If the balance has not been paid by the end
of the fifth week from the pup’s date of birth, the pup will be sold to another interested buyer and the deposit will
be placed for the next available litter. Pups will be ready for their new homes on the 7 week if picked up and
will be ready at 8 weeks if they are going to be shipped-Any amount of time after this timeline the buyer will be
charged ten (10) dollars a day for food and maintenance of the pup. All deposit’s and payments made to
Guardian Cane Corso are non-refundable. If for whatever reason there becomes a problem with the shipping
process or the Corso’s health, the customer abiding by this contract will have to wait to the next available litter.

- As of the date of this agreement, Puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases.
- Buyer has 72 hours in which to have Puppy examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect Puppy.
Buyer may return Puppy to Seller for a full refund for any reason within this period, providing Buyer agrees to
pay all return transportation costs.

- Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the Puppy's conformation, and
outward appearance (meaning simply that this Guardian Cane Corso meets breed standard at this time)
- Buyer agrees upon purchase that Puppy will be registered, with the name of Guardian’s ___________

- Awards and Critiques: Photocopies of all awards and critiques along with the name (s) of the judge(s) and the
Club sponsoring the show shall be forwarded to breeder. Buyer also agrees that Seller may use the
photographs and any particulars of qualifying awards in any future advertising.
- Buyer understands that this Guardian Cane Corso is for companionship only. It may not be bred at anytime for any reason.
No paperwork will be transferred from Guardian Cane Corso to buyer until dog is spayed/neutered. Once this operation has
been completed all proof of operation signed by a licensed Veternarian must be submitted to Guardian Cane Corso. At this
time and only at this time will registration papers of dog be signed over to buyer.

- All Guardian Cane Corso Pups come with a one year guarantee on Hip Displaysia.
- Seller guarantees that the Guardian Cane Corso is in good health and has received appropriate medical
inoculations and care including Parvo inoculations and worming. Seller will provide Buyer with a medical chart
detailing treatment received under Seller's care, and future care Seller feels is essential to Puppy's well being.
- Seller guarantees that the Guardian Cane Corso is free of life threatening diseases or disabilities for 72 hours
after delivery to Buyer. Buyer may return at any time to Seller for a full refund for any reason within this period,
providing Buyer pay all return transportation costs to Seller. Seller strongly recommends that Buyer have Puppy
examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyer's choice within 72 hours of receiving.
Cherry Eye, Entropian and Ectropian are common with all Mollosser Breeds and theses conditions are not
covered by our Guarantee. Demodex mange is covered if the matter becomes a life threatening ordeal. With
written documentation from a licensed Veterinarian Guardian Cane Corso will offer a replacement once said
dog is returned to our facilities with an equal or greater dog from our next available litter. At no time will
Guardian Cane Corso pay for medical expenses or transportation cost.

-Seller requires that Buyer attend obedience classes with Puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities
for Puppy.
-Seller shall not be held responsible for acts of Puppyism.
-Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived disqualifying faults,
diseases, or disorders.
- Should your Guardian Cane Corso exhibit aggressive behavior which Buyer deems intolerable and irreversible
within six months after purchase, Buyer will provide Seller with proof that Puppy has been sufficiently socialized
and that obedience classes and other structured training methods have been attempted with no results. Upon
receipt of such proof, if buyer so chooses at their own expense to transport back to our facilities we will fix all
behavior problems. If for any reason this can not be accomplished seller will replace the particular Guardian
Cane Corso with another one on our first available litter.
- Should a Breed/Show quality Puppy be diagnosed with any genetically derived medical disorder, Seller will,
upon provision of veterinary reports and, where applicable, Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) report or
PennHIP, provide Buyer with the option of one of two options listed below:
- Should Buyer choose to keep said Guardian Cane Corso they may accept a replacement puppy of similar
quality, Buyer must pay any shipping or miscellaneous charges associated with transport of replacement puppy.
Original Puppy must be spayed or neutered and spay/neuter certificate must be provided to Seller before
replacement will be made. Seller will provide a replacement breed quality puppy as soon as such a puppy is
available to Seller. Buyer must return said dog before a replacement is given. At no time will Guardian Cane
Corso take responsibility for medical expense’s or transportation to and from our facilities.
- Buyer also has the option of a full refund of purchase price less deposit and transportation cost. Buyer must
return their Guardian Cane Corso as well as provide documentation from a licensed Veterinary Doctor before
any refund is granted.


- Buyer understands and agrees that extensive exercise of the dog before the dog reaches 18 months is not
recommended as the dogs bones and joints are not fully developed and can cause stress to the joints and
- Buyer agrees to maintain Puppy in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not
limited to the following: annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian, annual vaccinations against DHLPP,
annual fecal exams, continual heartworm prevention, and rabies vaccinations as mandated by Buyer's state and
county of residence.
- Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain Puppy in proper weight and
physical shape. A proper diet consisting of top-quality dog food shall be fed. It is NOT necessary nor advised to
supplement unless directed to do so by your veterinarian. Foods NOT to be fed include highly commercialized
brands with artificial preservatives. Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative. We highly recommend Canidae All
Stages Of Life, either chicken or lamb.
- During the life of Puppy, Buyer and Seller agree to notify each other, within 30 days, of any changes in
address or phone numbers.
- Buyer agrees that Puppy is NOT to be LEFT SOLELY IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL and will be allowed to
spend substantial quality time in the home with family members. Puppy is sold with the understanding that it
was to go to carefully selected parties and the Buyer VOWS that Puppy shall become a member of the family.
(This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)
Our dogs come from a good home and that is where we want to place them.
- Buyer agrees not to sell said dog or transfer ownership without first offering seller 1st rights to buy said dog
back at original sale price. Buyer agrees to pay a penalty of 3 times original cost of dog to seller if this is

- If it is reported and confirmed that Puppy is being abused or neglected by Purchaser, rights and ownership of
Puppy will automatically terminate and revert back to Seller who may immediately assume possession. Buyer
be responsible for Seller's fees and costs involved in repossession.

- If at any time circumstances are such that Buyer cannot keep Puppy, Buyer grants Seller Right of First Refusal
to take possession of Puppy. Such offer of Right of First Refusal will be given to Seller in writing, via certified
mail. The Seller shall have twenty (20) working days after receipt of written offer to exercise this option. Any
transfer back to the Seller shall be accompanied with the appropriate registration papers properly endorsed by
Buyer. (In the event that emergency circumstances require immediate relocation of Puppy, it can be returned to
Seller immediately, and Seller will thereafter handle the transfer or papers.)
- Under NO circumstances shall Puppy be taken to an animal shelter, humane society, or released to a Rescue
group. We will take regardless of situation any Guardian Cane Corso back from buyer.
- Should Buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement will be
considered null and void, Seller will have the right to repossess Puppy and that Buyer will be liable for any costs
involved in that repossession. Buyer agrees that Seller shall have the right to enforce provisions of this contract
in a court of law or through alternative dispute mediation. If legal action by Seller is necessary to enforce any
provision, Buyer will pay for costs and attorney fees incurred by Seller.

-Seller has endeavoured for many years to protect the breed and her dogs from improper ownership and
treatment. If Buyer breaches Right of First Refusal or otherwise improperly surrenders Puppy to another party,
Buyer will pay liquidated damages to Seller of $1500.00 US Dollars
- The reputation of Seller's kennel is the result of many years of work and professional experience, and
inappropriate breeding of a female or dog of her kennel damages the reputation and value of her kennel name
and of other litters. If Puppy has been sold as Pet quality (and has not self-corrected) and is to be spayed or
neutered, or any Violations of intentional or unintentional breeding of such Guardian Cane Corso is detrimental
to the breed and to Seller's kennel name. Acknowledging the intrinsic value of Seller's kennel name and the
difficulty of precise damage calculations for breach of the contract, Buyer agrees to pay Seller $500 per puppy
(alive or dead) born as a result of any such breeding.
