partnership providing a full range of services to financial companies,” said James J. Dunne III, Senior Managing
Principal of Sandler O’Neill. “When a small group of us, led by Herman and Tom, started the firm 22 years ago, our
mission was to build the strong culture of service, integrity and passion that still drives our business today. On behalf
of all of us at Sandler O’Neill, we appreciate Tom’s significant contributions over the years and wish him much
success in his new opportunity.”

“I am very proud of Sandler O’Neill’s consistent track record, excellent reputation and leadership position in the

opportunity offered to me by Lew Ranieri. I would like to thank all of my partners and colleagues for their great
support and friendship and wish them well.”
