WP Objectives

   •   To establish the appropriate information to be published on the CECA web-site
   •   To design and implement the CECA website with two major parts – one part
       containing information about the project and the centre and the other one with
       information about the courses (with public and protected areas)
   •   To ensure that the course website contains student facilities such as discussion
       boards, online tests and exercises, online demos
   •   To ensure that the CECA website will be included in the appropriate Directories and
       Search Engines databases


Introduction
The consortium decided to have a website with the following structure:

   •   Home – start page of the website that includes a news section
   •   Events – Events in the frame of the project or related to the project
   •   Objectives – short description of the project objectives
   •   Patners – short presentations of the partners involved, including links to their own
       web addresses
   •   Results/progress – presentation of project results and products, and the progress of
       the project
   •   Dissemination – dissemination materials and dissemination events
   •   Contact – contact information for the project.

The website will have two parts – a public site – for large audience and a private part for the
consortium members and for students of the ECDL CAD courses.

Private section of the website


The private part of the website include at the moment information for the consortium. The
ECDL CAD lectures, training materials, testing materials, tutorials, demos will be included
via an free and open source platform such as Moodle (see www.moodle.org).

Conclusions on the work

The website content will be updated regularly in order to shown to the target audience news
and events about the project. The website will continue its existence after the project life.
The private part of the website will contain information related to classes, online
training/testing materials, etc. The private part of the website is under construction since its
contents will be developed at a later project stage.
