I want to thank them all, from the bottom of my heart, for turning my vision into a reality - let alone into a program that is now a Finalist in global - not just Australian - but GLOBAL Awards! They all deserve to be in New York on 12 November because this is a night to celebrate their success as well.
From Glenise Anderson - Self Confident Women HI READERS! I know that you have heard me say this time and again; however, I'm sure one more time won't hurt! There is huge value that goes with working with your strengths: you love what you're doing you're happy and feel more successful you feel like you're contributing you're able to keep moving forward even when the going gets tough you're more creative about solutions and new ideas; and you love what you're doing (oh, have I already mentioned that!) Now tell me, who wouldn't want that? When you're working with your strengths, the whole world seems like a different place. Now let's take it one more steps... Imagine if you surround yourself with a team who are all working with their strengths. A team of successful, happy, creative people who love what they're doing. A rather mind-blowing thought, isn't it? Well - I'm lucky enough to have a team like that. Recently we were advised that the 'Self Development Program for Women' is a Finalist in the global Stevie Awards. The Awards night is in New York on Friday 12 November. If it wasn't for my team's passion, enthusiasm and 'can do' attitude - there is no way this product would have been completed to such a high standard in content and presentation. So in short "Teams working with their Strengths = Success". I want to thank them all, from the bottom of my heart, for turning my vision into a reality - let alone into a program that is now a Finalist in global - not just Australian - but GLOBAL Awards! They all deserve to be in New York on 12 November because this is a night to celebrate their success as well. So this week, look at any projects you have happening around you. To ensure its successful (whatever 'successful' may mean to you) - look at your team and ensure you have the right people, doing what they love (that's how you know it's strength!). And remember - this doesn't mean just at work - it could be your sporting team, a committee or something you're doing as a family. Have a great week. And always remember, ‘Your future is in great hands -Your own’. Warmest regards, Glenise Anderson. Is a successful business woman who wants to share her knowledge and skills with other women.
