Designed, architected and built complete automotive mobile sales tool
for automotive dealerships. Design required a complex multifaceted
application that touches every part of the dealership lot to include
customers, sales associates, management, principals and third party
vendors. The mobile application is a hybrid web/mobile system that
runs off the iphone platform using objective C on the handheld and a
.Net web service environment in the backend. SISS package as well
as a Visual Basic console application was built to collect and correctly
inventory data with third party vehicle attributes integration.
Oceanic Time Warner Cable Mililani, Hawaii 4/2004-10-2007
Network Applications Architect
Architect and built first generation business class service for an automated
provisioning & monitoring system. Provisioning system provided
communication access through the cable modem networks for DAC (direct
access cable), T-1, DAF (Direct Access Fiber) and VOIP (voice over IP)
Services. All business class modems in the state of Hawaii are provisioned
and run under this system, including the Department of Education, Board of
Water Supply and a majority of hotels in the State of Hawaii.
Architect and built Oceanic’s hospitality business unit including mobile
provisioning/monitoring, statement generation/billing, customer service and

software development cycle. Developed and implemented interactive, multi-
tiered web applications that incorporated end-user requirements into existing
or new web sites and systems. Developed and maintained internal system
support processes. Enterprise level strategies were developed to reduce
implementation timelines and support needs. Applications were written using
a Python backend on a Linux platform which correlated with a Postgres SQL
database. Front end development was written in classic ASP and Django
which correlated with the Python API for direct data and AJAX retrieval.
Generated and implemented companywide training of Oceanic’s first
generation provisioning system. Trained developers of system wide
architecture and design concepts of the first generation provisioning system.

Developed and architected internal and external web applications for 500
employees and 100,000 members. Applications designed and maintained
include, ACH bank to bank transfers, bill pay service, balance/transaction
history, credit check services and statement creations. Internal applications
were built for every facet of the credit union's Intranet.

Developed web based applications that would normally be used for windows
desktop environment. Programs would follow SDLC before production,
mapping of relational databases, using DFD’s, and ERD’s. All applications
were developed using Visual Interdev on Windows 2000 to hand code,
used to manipulate SQL Server 7 database.

6 month consulting project that organized project management times for 717
aircraft. Project involved exporting an Excel database into Access, using
relational databases. Access GUI forms were developed for users to use
across a network.
