At the end of the 07-08 school year, the Middle School faculty met to reflect on the progress made on
our school improvement plan activities and attainment of goals. Next the faculty identified areas for
future goal development and activities to facilitate attainment of the suggested goals.

After MEA, NWEA, and other yearly data from the District became available, teacher leaders met in
July to make further suggestions and identify possible goals for the year. A parent met with
administrators in September to review 07-08 progress and suggest areas to address in the 08-09 plan.
The plan was then reviewed by parents through the use of e-mail exchanges. The final plan was
presented to the faculty and the MSAD 15 Board in October.
