Q.1 A hexagonal prism, base edge 30 mm and height 60 mm is resting on one of its
base edges on HP with the axis inclined at 300 to HP and parallel to VP. It is cut by a
cutting plane perpendicular to VP and inclined at 300 to HP and meet the axis 20mm
above the bottom base. Draw the FV, sectioned TV and true shape of the section. [16]

Q.2 A tetrahedron of 40mm edges is resting on HP on one of the faces with an edge
perpendicular to VP. It is cut by a section plane parallel to PP so that the true shape of
the section is an isosceles triangle of height 20 mm. Draw the sectional FV, sectional
TV and PP views.                                                         [16]

Q.3 The projections of a hemisphere 50 mm diameter, placed centrally on the top of a
frustum of a hexagonal pyramid, base 32 mm side, top 20 mm side and axis 50 mm
long are given. Draw the sectional front view when the vertical section plane HT
inclined at 450 to the VP and 10mm from the axis, cuts them. [16]

Q.4 Fig.1 shows the orthographic projection views of a solid object.              Draw the
sectional front view passing through AA and sectional RHSV at BB. [16]
Q.5 The orthographic projection views of a solid object are shown in Fig.2. Draw the
sectional front view passing through BB and sectional LHSV at AA. [20]
Q.6 The orthographic projection views of a solid object are shown in Fig.3. Draw the
sectional front view passing through BB and sectional TV at AA. [16]
