   Finance and economics in overseas medical practice
   Ethical issues with working in developing countries
   MSF and VSO seminars
   Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET) and health links
   Trauma/immediate care/Fracture management
   Hands-on workshops: Airway; cut-down/central venous/intra-osseous access; chest drain; plastering
   Malaria
   HIV and AIDS
   Malnutrition (Marasmus, Kwashiorkor)
   TB, leprosy
   Reproductive health and illness
   Obstetrics and emergencies, Caesarean section, Ventouse delivery, The Kiwi cup
   Basic dentistry
   Sanitation, water supply and diarrhoeal diseases
   The use of “simple medicines” and The WHO formulary
   Eye problems
   Dermatology
