ACHIEVEMENTS, PERSONAL QUALITIES & SKILLS
I’m comfortable engaging internal and external clients at the outset of projects to develop the project brief and provide the
most suitable solution whilst maintaining checks to ensure deliverables are timely and appropriate. The advantage of
know ing technical process and pedagogical aspects in developing materials gives me the ability to provide clarity to
stakeholders in managing the project outcomes that meet user requirements, timelines and budgets.
As part of a national Flexible Learning Framew ork initiative I w as nominated as a key team member to promote
‘Toolboxes’ (web based learning materials to assis t online delivery of qualifications from recognised training packages)
for the state of Victoria. We have als o developed a number of these toolboxes, whic h have been recognised as world-
class e-Learning resources.
I have an extensive background in teaching secondary and post secondary levels in conjunction with extensive
experience as a designer in the graphic arts and multimedia industries.
My position as Multimedia Project Officer for KBT utilised skills from these areas in producing interactive learning
materials, providing staff professional development, promoting flexible delivery/blended learning options and building
websites as learning, research, communication and marketing tools.
The learning materials I develop are predominantly web and CD-ROM based, w hich currently serves me well in my
current role of delivering VET Multimedia training to remote areas of the Northern Territory.
