Box 42 Otto, New York, 14766 Hall Rental Agreement The Otto Volunteer Fire Company, as another service to the community, makes available to residents, on a first come, first served basis, the fire hall for certain functions. In order to protect all involved parties, this rental agreement must be completed in order to insure that the hall will be available on the date requested. 1. The cost of rental for the fire hall is as follows: A. $125.00 for three hours time in the hall B. Anything over three hours will be charged $25.00 per hour C. There is no reduced rate for members of the auxiliary or fire company. 2. If there are to be any alcoholic beverages served during the function, there must be two firemen present during the event. It is the responsib ility of the renter to find two firemen who are available. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCHOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY MINORS IN YHE FIREHALL OR ON ITS GROUNDS. 3. If there is a need for use of the kitchen facilities, arrangements must be made prior to the event with the fireman’s auxiliary for use of the kitchen facilities. 4. The fire hall is to be left in the condition it was found. The hall will be swept after the event, and all spills, malfunctions, or damage, will be reported to either the fire chie f or the president of the fire company. The renter is responsible for any damage which occurs while setting up, during the event, or during the cleanup. 5. The renters are responsible for removing any and all garbage or refuse which is generated during the time you are in the hall. Any garbage or refuse left in the hall will be taken to the transfer station and a bill for the disposal service will be sent to the renter. 6. This rental agreement must be completed far enough in advance so rental of the hall may be discussed by the membership of the fire company before the date requested. Meetings as a rule, are held the first Monday of each month. 7.
