R.I.P Garden 579
PCGN November Sadly, this month, Garden 579 received an eviction
Meeting notice. On November 11th, gardeners, community
Tues. Nov. 30th members, & interested folks came out & helped

garden implements. Despite the sadness felt for the

solidarity, and managed to enjoy a beautiful work

After lots of preparation & hard-work, the Liftlock
Community Garden Group, in partnership with Parks
Canada and Peterborough Green- Up are set to break
ground at the new Liftlock Community Garden site! Over
winter, we will work to further establish our group,
fundraise & design innovative water & compost systems.

Garlic is a great crop to plant, it is easy to grow, & over winter, you know that you
